Goals “Promote a city spending cap, that’s the number-one priority. I’d also like to see money dispersed more evenly through all 12 wards. Manchester is more than just downtown.”

Self-defined qualifications: “I have been a local activist for years. I’ve been chairman of Concerned Taxpayers of Manchester and a member for years. I’ve run a business and managed employees. I’m involved in civic affairs. I have an interest in what happens to Manchester.”
